    i was wondering if any of you have painted your valve cover. what did you put on the letters to keep them from gettig paint on them. vasoline or sumthin?

    i'd recommend powdercoating, it's much nicer.

    just meticulously put masking tape over the letters, and then spray away...

    oh yeah, try to strip the original paint, it looks much better that way

    i agree... in my town its like 40 bucks... and if you want to keep your lettering you just can dremal it off.... powdercoating comes off easy not in chunks... so it shouldnt chip

    i would say the best header would be something with a turbo attached to it hehe
