Hi guys, I have a problem with my 2001 Honda Accord and I am hoping someone can help sort it out. Ever since my back bumper got hit by another car I am experiencing this issue :

A while after locking the car, the 4-way hazard lights start flashing and this drains the battery (eventually).

My Honda Accord is an old one and something with the electrical seems to have got messed up due to the hit on the back bumper.

I may not need the alarm system or hazard lights, but I have to use my indicator lights. I have the service manual with the wiring diagrams, and from what I can see the turn signals and hazard lights use the same relay. So what would be the way to fix this issue?

What I have tried so far is to disconnect the electrical connector in the boot. My guess was that was triggering the alarm, but that didn't work. The problem persists.
