so all the searching I have done is how to hook up an aem wideband with ecmlink,
BUT I dont have ecmlink yet, so would i follow the same instructions or what would be the process of hooking the gauge up without It? I do plan on getting ecmlink I just dont have it yet.

You could try the AEM forums if they still exist for a closer map, but even so you still need to get it tuned properly as no two cars are the same.

Just bought a aem standalone unit and was reading in another thread that you need a AEM IAT sensor. I understand I need the Map sensor and wideband gauge but how come the factory IAC will not work, just not accurate enough.


Also I am set up a BPU right know running 19psi. And does anyone how the same setup that could give me a closer map other than the base map AEM sends.

Ill be taking in my Kooks ORY pipe down to have a wideband bung welded in. Will probably put it towards the drivers side, but will have to check for the best location with plenty of clearance. Anyone have any photos of a catless-Y with wideband bung?

Great picture. So the MAF is connected near the intake filter located in the driver side, right? Thats a little different than the CPE and a couple of other CAIs. Thanks again for the great shots.
