RSX Type S... swapping the S engine in a prelude will cost you an assload. That or get the lude and turbo it =).

I thoroughly enjoy my Type S, go test drive one and see how you like it yourself. Also I don't think that you will see too many Type S engine's for sale at the moment. With time perhaps. Also from the dealer I think the engine itself is like 8,000. Not too sure though.

arctic blue type-s with the acura oem skirts looks way better than prelude.. and is faster :) but they don't make many after market parts for the rsx since it just came out, but i'm sure there will be some in a few years.

if i were you, i'd go with the type-s

they have lots of shit out for the rsx. including cams and camshafts, pistons intakes, exhausts some headers and turbos are coming out in like a month or two
sorry V-tec

Camshafts are not out for the RSX, they are still in the beta phase. Cam gears are useless on the RSX, as it would disable the I-Vtec on the RSX. Comptech has the only header out as of right now, just became available. Exhausts and Intakes have been out for a while now. There is one turbo kit out right now, but it is still being fine tuned. So basically all there is out for the car right now is I/H/E. I plan on getting the Comptech or DC Sports Header, will compare dyno results when they come, probably will go with the Comptech for the fit quality they are known for, just need some more cash. Want to get my underbody spoiler kit and perhaps wheels and tires before I worry about the header.

You can get the Type R camshafts, they will fit the Type S, but they don't do much for the car. There are no aftermarket ones out. Skunk2, Toda and a few other companies are still testing theirs, though. Revhard makes the only kit I know of out, although I was just reading about another company with a kit out. I would wait , though. Revhard is still making some changes to their kit, even though they are on sale.
