I know that a full cai and headers take away bottom end torque, but is it worth it for how much you gain in the top end? For anyone that has them both, is the gain in the top worth the loss in the bottom?

its all going to depend on what your are going to use the car for...

i use the car as a daily driver, but i get in at least one little race where i run into the top end at least once every other day

if your races are in strait lines then it probably will be worth it. Now if you preferred roadcourses or perhaps an autocross lower end and midrange would be equally imports at top end when you comming out of thoes low speed corners.

I/H don't make that much of a different hp wise, so you probably won't even notice a drop if there is one.
