The B18A is exactly the same as the B18B, except for the cams. I tear down these engines all the time. I can get them for around $500 because they are high mileage.
But you can rebuild it for cheap. :smile:

This is the LS motor right? What's the B18A and the B18B? If it's that cheap I might consider picking one up the slowly aquiring F/I parts to build a monster motor to eventually put into my REX. uuggghhh....drooooll.

B18a and B18B are both LS motors.

B18A1 = 90 - 93 Integra
B18B1 = 94 - 01 Integra
B18C1 = 94 - 01 Integra GSR (VTEC)
B18C5 = 94 - 01 integra type R (VTEC)

Any of these would require a engine mount kit to bolt into a CRX. It will cost you around $350-$500.

I could get a whole swap (94+ teg) for about $1200. If any body is interested e-mail me. [email protected]

The B18A1 (130hp) is 90-91 Integra LS/GS/RS
The B18B1 (140hp) is 92+ Integra LS/GS/RS

just a minor correction...
