How do you get out of a speeding ticket?

I ve never gotten pulled over for speeding but if i do i want to be prepared if thats even possible. Ive heard that the cops need proof? that you were speeding, something like they have to show you the radar? well let me know what you guys think.

^^^ hehehe. The only thing I can tell you is that if the cop asks you if you know what you did wrong, always say yes. Even if you have no
fuckin clue what he's talking about, always say yes. I've noticed that
you're more likely to get a warning, if you're agreeable. Other than that
I don't know. I suggest you just forego the whole ticket scene, and
try not to get pulled over. Be smart when you drive. Look out for cops,
potential speed traps, and try not to go over the limit by more than
10 mph.

Get a Blinder Radar Jammer. The cop can't get a speed on you so theres no proof. It also has a detector so if you hear that SLOW down. Also get license plate refractors (not sure what they're called) Bavarian Autosport sells them. One kind makes it so Photo enforcers can't take pictures of your plate cause they're on an angle so a picture comes up put you can still see it lookin straight at it. The other bounces the rader off in every which way cause radar guns need a flat surface to bounce off of so the cop cant' get your speed. www.TMS.com used to have them under the accessory section and www.bavarianautosport.com has the license plate dongs.

Thats not always good.

Dont speed. but if you do, try not to speed in the left lane. if you see a cop and are speeding brake hard and short so your brake lights are on for only a second. If you trail your braking its very ovbious that it taking you a while to slow down. Even when ppl arent speeding they tend to tap the brakes anyway.

The plate covers are good, but they might give you shit for them if they pull you over anyway.

basically try not to speed if you dont need to

, the average person speeds like 400 times before they are caught....

ok here is what to do before speeding:
1. radar detector
2. look at any car following u at same spede u going if it has red lenses slow down.
3.be smart let another car ahead of u so that the cop gets him before he gets u

ok so none of those worked and u got pulled over the cop is coming towards u.
1. hide the detector(100% if he sees detector u gonna get fucekd)
2. don't act up...be less recognizeble
3. when he asks u how fast u were going say you don't know, cuz half the time the cop's equipment is not calibrated.
4. make up a story u were late for an appointment or shit like that might get off with a warning

ok so u still got a ticket.
1. get a lawyer...without a lawyer judge/prosecutor won't look ur way.
2. Plead non guilty
3. for courtdress up appropriatly.
4. get ur lawyer to speak with the prosecutor.
5. at least 2 points will be dropped.
6. Ask ur lawyer to get u a lesser charge

so the lawyer did his thing but u still ahve 2-4 points or so.
here is what you do at court ask for the defensive driving school. for ~80 bucks + a lost sunday u get 4 points tkaen off ur license. + insurance goes down. But u can only use that option 5 times during ur lifetime and once a year

all i have to say is dont agree with them about the speeding part, but if you ever get pulled over for driving like a maniac (16-17 yrold) then agree, heh everytime i got pulled over i would just straight up tell them what i was doing and doing wrong and got out of all my cni's or what not, but i got a speeding ticket for 52 ina 35 and i told him to show me his radar, and it read that, but i know i wasnt doing that i was doing about 45, but i didnt pay it and i had a warrant out for me, and i had to get a lawyer and it ended up costing me 450$ just to get it reduced to defective equiptment. So if you ever get one, either get a lawyer or just pay it.

or to solve the whole problem like i do now, is just drive the speed limit, unless you want to waste money on a ticket that you could be spending on your car.

i live in an area where on tha freeway there's no place for them to hide, they're just lucky and they happen to see you speeding... so my theory is, if you're driving fast enough tha cops behind you won't catch up and you can slow down if you see cops in front of you... but then again... i have 0 tickets but many accidents... soo... wait a minute... don't listen to me... just no matter wat you do be polite and agreeable... and do what ppl above me said...

correct , NEVER admitt anything . if he asks you how fast you were goin , you say you dont know . or if he asks if you know why he pulled you over , you say you dont know . never say your guilty . there was an article about this a few days ago , its an article from www.maximonline.com where they interview a cop , he tells about how to get away with speeding , or at least try to

yeah thast how I got caught. There is no place for them to hide, but an undercover cop saw me take off on a turn and started following me, I got up to 95 and then slowed down becasue I started to be in the area where cops can hide. And then he cuaght up to me and gave me a ticket for 78...I'm pretty sure I was doing 60 or so. Anyways I went to court, the cop told my lawyer that he had to get up to 90 to catch me. But in the end this is what it cost me:

1. Careless driving ticket $150
2. Court Fees: $30
3. Lawyer $00
4. Getting no points on my license...priceless.

one of my old teachers suggested telling a cop that you have bad diarrhea and you have to get home fast....it might work, who knows. i was thinking you could just say your parents just called on your cell and said get home real fast its an emergency or something...then maybe theyd let ya go.
