nhlfan, my pops always buys those Swedish crisp bread/crackers from Ikea (I think the brand is 'Ryyvita'). What are you supposed to put on those?


As for the curry,
CoCo Ichiban is a chain of Japanese curry shops (Japanese style, not Indian). They basically put anything in the curry and you can customize the heat of the curry, size of the rice in 100g increments along with the meat and toppings.

Normally the chicken nikomi consists of 300g rice, 300g curry and 200g chicken but you can double or triple the chicken for 200Y and 400Y respectively. So basically the double chicken is about about 1kg although it appears somewhat small in the picture.

I've seen some Japs take down the uber 2kg curries topped off with 200g of cheese... LOL. Definately not health food but it's pretty delicious.

I've seen it with bits of cheese, meat, caviar and shrimp pastes and stuff like that. I've only had it a couple of times at the cafeteria at my old school.

I kind of liked our public school lunches. The fries were crinkle cut which are good, unless they had tots which are the fucking bomb. The nuggets/burgers were good. And they had those personal circle pizzas which were also good. One year they had pizza hut pizza all year

i don't think we ever had lunches, we had to bring our own shit all through elementary, and in highschool the same except you could buy something from the cafeteria. my little boy is in grade one and we have to send him with a lunch.

ever since tai got me on vermont, my curry intake has been on the up and up... sucks cause i cant have more than a cup of rice with my diet... i end up eating 98% of the curry, and then making a rice ball and rolling it around the bowl to get every drop left over

we had ellios for pizza. it wasnt anything more than rectangular bread with ketchup and cheese, but we loved it. Id have it with chicken noodle soup (dipping it in mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm) and corn. washed down with a nestea or 2.

i remember me and pizzo would order 4 or 5 slices each
