1996 DX coupe w/ 5speed. All stock. Purchased with 74k on it for 4k about a year ago.

I found a HUGE MOTHERF***ING hole in the roof under the black trim piece about 5 months after I got it. The hole was right at the lip and under the trim, about 1in wide and around the length of my hand so about 7-8 inches long. Litterally whole area was gone, had to grind out a ton of material including the seal between the fender and the roof pates. Rebuilt the spot with fiberglass+Nitro Stan+alot of paint. I dont have any pictures of it now but it is rebuilt and painted and sealed and what not, just isnt sanded smooth. I found the same thing happening at all 4 corners of the roof but I caught the others before they got really bad. Anyways, I Love making stuff by hand and am planning on making an HHO fuel Booster kit (almost done actually), air intake, exhaust pipes, and some other stuff that I will get to when I have time.

Default EF civic

Well guys, i'm new to the car world. I just bought my 1989 civic and there is work to be done. Any help or opinion are welcome. I will need to do some engine work, like changing the piston rings and the head gasket. But im unsure if doing this or just wait till engine blows out and install a D15b vtec. The one in the pic is a d15b carburator.
