2005 Honda Accord; Winshield Wipers turn on but stop halfway

Hello-

I have a 2005 Honda Accord, LX-V6 automatic. When I turn on my windshield wipers they only go up about halfway and stop. It doesn't matter what mode it's in, they will only go halfway up and stop. I can then manually push them back down, but when I turn the wipers on they go to the halfway point and stop.
Any ideas on what this could be? Motor, linkage or a fuse?

Jiggle the wiper switch arm, see if it moves. It is a moving part and will wear out over time sounds like yours has worn out. If its not then its going to be the motor that has failed.
