94 ls b20b swap. Intermittent sputtering while driving, accelerating, idle

So I just got this car. Not exactly new to Honda's. But it just started a sputtering after I drive it for a while. So I checked the coil. Primary and secondary were within given specs of kilohms. I changed it any ways because their notorious for failing. Same problem. Wires ohm out at less than 25 kilohms. Cylinder drop test tells me nothing, as it will only sputter while driving or die when idleing randomly. So I changed the distributor to a known good one, same problem. I checked fuel pressure and its within specs. Any ideas? I'm going to change the plugs and wires just cuz insulation is cracked. I'll post results. But any suggestions would be appreciated.

So I pulled the plugs... wow. Replaced wth NGK V power. Bosche wires and a new rotor. Runs good. Still needs lots of work. But its a good car.
