Starter Issue

Hello again..

This time my Accord EX 98 doesnt start..it doesnt even make any sound..but have battery all works..Stereo..sunroof..windows..A/C..lights..But when I turn the switch to start it..It just do nothing..Any idea what could be? Also checked the Fuses and Relays..but are OK..

May need to replace the starter. The brushes may not be making contact.
