    ive seen some cars that have signal lights that blink alot faster than normal.

    what mod is this and is it illegal?

    Go to your car, and leave the emergency flashers on for a day or so. Once they start to wear out, they'll flash faster

    my old hatch had sockets that made them blink faster. is a socket that you CAN Buy... The socket has two conducter plates for use with a two filament bulb.
