My progress in the last 4 years
June 2003 senior vacation 155lbs
August 2007 178lbs
I have been cutting since the beginning of june with 2000-2200 calories a day and re-feeds on the weekend. I dropped from 187lbs to 172lbs on my cut from from June to August.
Basically I eat the same shit everyday while attempting to consume 1/2 gallon-1 gallon of water in the day.
meal 1 - Special K w/ Skim milk, Multi-Vitamin
meal 2 - Fire Roasted tomatoe Triscuits w/ Banana
-Creatine and white flood about an hour after meal 2-
meal 3 - Protien shake, Chicken breast/Baked potatoe/ Brocolli
meal 4 - carrots, Turkey Sandwich (not processed meat)
meal 5 - small hand of nuts
meal 6 - Cottage Cheese w/ Protein Powder and Peanut butter
This weekend Im goin on a camping trip with my old man for a week and a half so Im just gonna take a break from lifting and hopefully come back stronger and start bulking when I get back!!
I would like to hit 200lbs before I begin to cut again.
