My progress in the last 4 years
June 2003 senior vacation 155lbs
August 2007 178lbs
I have been cutting since the beginning of june with 2000-2200 calories a day and re-feeds on the weekend. I dropped from 187lbs to 172lbs on my cut from from June to August.
Basically I eat the same shit everyday while attempting to consume 1/2 gallon-1 gallon of water in the day.
meal 1 - Special K w/ Skim milk, Multi-Vitamin
meal 2 - Fire Roasted tomatoe Triscuits w/ Banana
-Creatine and white flood about an hour after meal 2-
-Work Out-
meal 3 - Protien shake, Chicken breast/Baked potatoe/ Brocolli
meal 4 - carrots, Turkey Sandwich (not processed meat)
meal 5 - small hand of nuts![]()
meal 6 - Cottage Cheese w/ Protein Powder and Peanut butter
This weekend Im goin on a camping trip with my old man for a week and a half so Im just gonna take a break from lifting and hopefully come back stronger and start bulking when I get back!!
I would like to hit 200lbs before I begin to cut again.

I got a sick workout today, I worked out with an amateur bodybuilder, hes like 35 and ridiculous, we did a sick chest workout, If I work out with him everyday I think ill be huge and extremely cut, gain a lot of mass and strength back from my huge cut of losing 25lbs for my job.
I had a great back workout @ 5am.
Changing angles just slightly on Bent Over Rows made a huge difference.

lol, yea with the help of creatine and protein shakes and football workout programs. anyone can do. Even the skinny recivers on the team got bulked up.

lol, thats the beauty of it, in H.S i played running back and outside linebacker but when i got signed for a scholorship in college, they wanted me to play Saftey because of my speed to cover and for blitzing due to my size and strength. I look stocky because of my height 5 10" but i'm very flexable. I'm alil bigger then that right now but i have to be carfull because the coach told me if i gain too much weight he's gonna move me to outside linbacker. So inorder to stay a saftey i have to weight no more then 210
