so what's everyone's opinion on steroids?
k fine...but this is more like non-progress....first pic is january, second is july....if anything trimmed a little more fat, cut the chest a little more and fixed up the lats a bit but they still need work
damn dude, lookin pretty shredded. Have you been cutting since the 1st pic? whats your daily caloric intake?
oh i dunno i dont keep track, if i had to guess i'd say between 2500-2800
and ya i was cutting, i was alot more cut back in march when i did a quick hard cut for spring break:
i lost alot of strength from cutting so fast tho, so i put a little more mass on since then and now ive been doing a slower cut throughout summer.........when fall comes its back to a strength gaining bulkathon

^ dumbbell shoulder press, dumbbell raises, upright rows, rotator cuff extensions and some other exercise that i dont wat its called
also although my shoulders dont look up to par, its probly in comparison to my tri's/the rest of my arms because i definitly put up heavy ass weight on shoulder day. in fact next to chest, its probably my strongest muscle group.....like today for my 4th set i'll do 80 X 8 dumbbell presses. front raises i do the 35's and mystery exercise i go heavy too

Do that 4 times with maybe a minute-2 minute rest between each. One of my favorites, just takes up so much energy

Shoulders without a doubt. I need to switch some stuff up for that workout, because I have easily hit a plateau. I really do work my shoulders and chest harder than any other muscle group (yes, including my abs).
and I am 5'10 - 167lb
