    am having an issue with my cooling fan. It doesnt turn on the relay is new the fuses are good i took the thermostat connector and jump it with a wire

    My 96 Civic EX Vtec developed an oil leak 8 months after replacing the timing belt, water pump and seals.
    Thought for sure it must be the crank
