ummm well imo i dont like KOSS but im confused wut u'r asking, wut r u going to use the amp for? the subs or the "surround" speakers? and it all depends on the wattage of the surround speakers, and all, but 130 im assuming u have a like 33(watts)x4(channels)? if so, then that is pretty weak compared to many different car stereos. . .

well with $400 you dont have a lot of options for high quality, but i guess like one of those bass tube things, with the amp and sub in one, i dunno if they're any good, but u could try it . .

First of all you are only going to need two amps one for your hids and highs and one for your sub. Your deck should have two or three RCA outputs. Three would be perfect for one four channel amp and one two channel amp. When buying our subs if you can afford it, get a set that has dual voice coils. If wired up in Parallel and you are running two subs with two 6 OHM voice coils then you can drop the OHM'S down to 1.5. Then look at purchasing a high current amp this means as you lower the OHM'S the higher the wattage the amp produces. As for your mids, its best to wire it up to a four channel amp at four OHM stereo as most mid speakers are 4 OHMS. This will give you a really nice sounds stereo system without messing up the balance and fade at all.

With $400 hundred you could keep your original speakers. DO you have an aftermarket CD player? If you do just buy a pair of 10" subs in a box and a $200 amp, you could get a cheap Phonix Gold.
