Frankly, It doesnt matter. Some people are more well off than others. My family isnt even that rich, I dont even know where the hell they got the money to buy the car in the first place. Regardless, my dad is driving around in a 99 sentra which Im not driving due to my car being stolen. My mom is driving around in a 1990 minivan (yeah, its 12 years old).

My parents felt that I, being young, and not having a REAL job, should have to drive around in an unreliable used car that could cause me to be stranded while I'm away at school and with no money in my pocket, not because I don't want to work, but because I'm busying at school.

Its not my fault, nor is it yours or ur parents that you can't afford a nice car. Just deal with it, the world isn't fair.

You guys know i love this forum, i wouldn't have 540 something post if i didn't. Yes if my parents were cool i would have a prelude not a civic, and it wasn't my choice to get a civic. My parents didn't want me having a fast car because they know i would be driving fast. They made me get a civic. I must of spent 7 months looking for a car in my price range of 8k that took me almost 2 years to save up. Mcdonalds dosn't pay well. I was going to get a Jetta, untill i found out they are chick cars. Then i look at 1994 Prulude with a H22A and a shit load of mods, i didn't know anything about the car, but it looked cool droped 2 inchs all black and a auto for $6k but the engine made alot of clicky click noises and didn't run well, but i had the 2k to fix it up, but my parents said it was 2 much car for me and i couldn't get it. My dad thinks the Honda Civic Ex is 2 much car for me and only let me get the DX Model. When i bought my car i didn't even know about Honda Hookup, but i was looking for a Alarm for my car and found this site. I didn't know anything about Moding up Honda Civic. Now i have learned abit about them.

I must of spent 7 months looking for a car in my price range of 8k that took me almost 2 years to save up. Mcdonalds dosn't pay well. I was going to get a Jetta, untill i found out they are chick cars. Then i look at 1994 Prulude with a H22A and a shit load of mods, i didn't know anything about the car, but it looked cool droped 2 inchs all black and a auto for $6k but the engine made alot of clicky click noises and didn't run well, but i had the 2k to fix it up, but my parents said it was 2 much car for me and i couldn't get it. My dad thinks the Honda Civic Ex is 2 much car for me and only let me get the DX Model. When i bought my car i didn't even know about Honda Hookup, but i was looking for a Alarm for my car and found this site. I didn't know anything about Moding up Honda Civic. Now i have learned abit about them.
