ya dont wanna be puttin a h22a motor in a crx...cause of the way it leans it totally fucks up your frame...and ya won't be turning with that heavy ass motor in the front of your car.

you want 350 horsies at the crank right, 'cause at tha wheel, thats fucken gonna take you a good amount a money. Even at tha crank, i'd go for gsr turbo before i went b16a.

yeah, that was my post. Here's his exact post from that article on Honda-Tech.com

Bottom end: Bensons resleeved block, stock bore Arias 8:1 pistons w/ Total Seal top ring, Crower rods, Knife edged crank shaft, balanced and blueprinted.

Top end: JG Pro series head w/ steel oversized valves, titanium retainers and bronze valve guides , JG 1001 cam, Z speed cam gear (very old), JG port matched and polished intake manifold, custom fuel rail w/ 850cc injectors, JG big bore throttle body, Paxton FPR.

Tranny: Kaaz diff, straight cut gears, lightened flywheel and an ATC six puck clutch disc and extreme pressure plate.

Custom built turbo system (Turbo Technologies), featuring a front mount intercooler, Turbonetics T-4 ball bearing turbo, custom manifold, Delta wastegate, HKS bypass valve, 2 1/2 inch I/C piping, 3 inch downpipe and exhause (straight through with no cat and a Flowmaster muffler).

Direct Port NOS adding 101 hp at the wheel, Accel DFI stand alone computer

It also has little things like cusco oil catch can, urethane motor mount inserts, and the entire engine, including tranny and head is polished (looks chrome), all nuts and bolts are chromed or powder coated. The car is all show and all go. It makes 598hp at the wheel with the turbo at 22psi and the NOS going. Quickest E.T. to date was a 10.23 @ 148mph. The car is licensed and I drive it on the street during the summer looking for money races (although I seldom find any).

Anyone who doubts my credibility can ask any question you like or look for references in the NW section on ClubSI. ANyone who might be local can feel free to challenge me to a race. Make sure you bring some cash though.

No shit- like, maybe an LT1...
I bought a '91 Camaro RS (81k Mi on car) w/ a 350 shoehorned in it (11k Mi since rebuild), Borg Warner T5 trany, new 2.73 rear end, and in overall brilliant condition for $3,000. Talk about a sleeper... It can be done, in a more practical (and economical) manner than pissing away $15k+ into a front-wheel-drive four banger that would otherwise be in a junkyard.

The common domestic answer to problems is "biiger is better", bigger engines , radds ect ect ect..
then honda came along, and decided to but a fullel like system for their rads, now they are twice as small.

Just goes to show, that opening your eyes is a good idea.
