the rail delivers more fule more efficiently, make sure you re map you ecu for te fuel upgrades

ya dont really need to re map the ecu, just get an air/fuel controller.

well yeah thats what i meant, but you can also re map it by taking the sensor out of the intake manifold and a fuse, its around here somewhere

no, it does nothing but give the bay some bling, bling.
the complete stock honda fuel system (minus injectors) on b-series can flow enough fuel for 350+hp, im sure yours can handle close to that.
a fuel rail does make it easier to plumb a fuel pressure gauge, nitrous lines, or other fuel lines but i dont think thats what you needed.

they fucked you...go back and tell them you didnt need that and never go back

Sprayed, would what you're saying include a mild turbo app. 250 whp. How many psi does the stock system flow?

stock fuel pressure is set around 40psi +/- a little

yep. but keep in mind, in order to run <40psi fuel pressure you will need bigger injectors and some type of piggyback/standalone to lean them out where necessary

i set it back t stock because it was causing problems. i think it either fouled my plugs or messed up my wires or something like that because it is running like shit it is missing alot when i put a strain on the motor like if i am in fifth and let the rpms get down to about 2k it starts missing and jerking around and then a check engine light comes on and it will run better. my mechanic says that it i a air/fuel mixture problem... :-?
