I'm in the market now to get a turbo & Kit for my 97' Accord 4cyl. If any one knows a good kit for about $3,500 or less that puts out about 100 or so horses please let me know where to get it.

Just do an H22 swap [should run about the same price, maybe a bit higher] then turbo the H22...you can do so much more with that. Just a thought though.

Your going to have to do it all custom. As far as I know, they don't make any aftermarkets for that year.

custom turbo kit is the way to go. Nobody makes a supercharger for your car.

how much would custom cost/

It'll run you about 4,000. Similar price as a complete kit. However, it will be tailor to your car. The main thing is the manifold. You want that you be of quality welds...shitty welds will crack from exessive heat. And the above price is only for a basic bolt-on kit that will work with your stock internals. A bigger turbo or higher boost will need to have upgrade internals and fuel management.

there's a shop in NY that does custom kit. It's called Tuner M. Tell then the boys at TurboFour in Cleveland sent you.

http://www.modacar.com has turbo kits for 90-97 accords. personaly, i'd rather h22a swap first, then turbo it.

fuck turboin a f22, just do a swap and ull have a much better base to start with, then some moderate mods would get u to the same level as a decently turboed f22...then u have the option to turbo that and get even more power...

I'm plan on keeping the car for about 2 more years then I'm going to sell it. If I get the turbo it has a better resale value then my car would have with the Hybrid swatch.
