It'll probably get u into the mid to low 14's. But u might need to build up ur internals a bit. If im wrong please correct me.

You could either buy the turbo kit and put it on and run low boost, while adding a decent amount of fuel with some type of fuel controller and a fuel pressure regulator and big injectors, and probably get into the high 13's if you do it right. I mean it takes a lot of work and a lot of tuning. Make sure you dont run lean and you shouldn't blow anything up unless you run too much boost, and I dont know how much is too much cause I'm a Mitsu guy.

OR

You could build up the engine, with block saver, pistons, rods, etc etc etc and do the turbo and fuel and all that, and if you have the money/time/knowledge, you could get ur car into the 11's or even faster, but most likely even with built internals and whatnot you would probably run in the 12's without too much problems with a decent turbo and a good amount of boost.
