Over the summer one of the pulleys for my ac literally fell off of the block. It was the pulley in the middle. I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions as to what happened and maybe how much this will be to repair.

Your pulley should be one piece. How the FUCK did only the middle fall off? At least mine is 1 piece.....

Just go to a junkyard and find any Integra or B series engine and brign along a ratchet and breaker bar (pulleys get tight)

Rip the son of a bitch off, put it in your pocket, tell the guy you couldnt find what you were looking for and head home.

Thread it back on at home and tighten it with an impact gun. Must use air. Ive broke a ratchet handle in half trying to get mine tight.

Connect all belts prior and your back chillin with your AC, PS, and Crank

your talking about the pulleys over on teh right side of the engine correct?

Well there is a big bolt that hold on teh pulley tpo the block. You will just need to get a new 3 pulley assembled pulley system. looks liek this

It is the 3 sets of pulleys down at teh bottom ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ right hand corner. The silver wheels.

Dont mind the green flex control arm :P Its too cool for the public :D

Your AC is the one in teh middle i believe. The crank is closest to the block and i assume PS is over to the right. Never had AC or PS in any of my cars so i dont know...

You need to put on a new pulley with all 3 sections. Than you need to reconnect all the belts around in proper order. Look at a friends GSR or Si for confirmation on which is where im pretty sure it goes

Than you shoudl be all ready to go. If it still doesnt work you have problems beyond the pulleys. Anythign furthur than that i would take to Honda. Im not dickign with FREON, nor do i know how to properly refill and drain the AC resovoir and rad
