for sure a shitty trade... why didnt she keep the accord?, wouldnt u rather have a 95 accord than a new cavalier?

A z24 cavalier will beat a 4cyl stock vtec accord in a 1/4. They have a good reliability record as well. They arent bad cars.

they're extremely fugly though...

Dude I had a 2001 Caviler rental while my car is in the body shop. It BROKE DOWN on the highway it just quit running. WTF that was the biggest P.O.S I've ever seen

Not bad looking, and you could do other stuff to modify it...the only thing is, the engine's gonna crap out b4 100,000 miles. The accord would probably last 250,000

No. It wont if you take care of it. There is a reason they sell a lot of them.

well not trying to ruin the accord motor is better then the cav motor party. does the accord have the crappiest transmissions, or is it just me? also the 94-97 (almost all models) have a bad recall that should be checked out by your local honda dealership. something about your oil leaking out from a problem part.

true the cav might be faster than an accord but it is still a wolf in sheeps clothing it is just a crappy made american economy car made to look like a fucking tuned import i am not one of those must be an import kid i love all cars but lets face it hondas have a track rec of lasting forever and i just dont really dig all these domestics trying too bite the style of the imports they were making fun of 3 years ago

I traded my 95 Cavalier for a 2000 Accord V6 last year. Stupid dealer only gave me $1,500 trade in value. I was glad to get rid of the car! My new Accord is much much better.

I cant stand those people who think a shiney "new" car is simply better than any older car. I would have kept the accord, even being that much older it will probably outlast that brand spanking new POS cavalier. The new Cavaliers are modable though, there is some descent aftermarket for them....but why bother with a terrible car in the first place. Its like buying a KIA with the hopes of making it fast and being happy with it when you already had a BMW in the garage??

Bad trade.
