not sure about ebay amps

im kinda sketchy about buying an amp from these ebay things. i see a lot of them how they offer high powered amps at low prices.

i know quite a bit about car audio, its just i dont know if this is a safe deal? can anyone maybe give me some info on ebay sellers.

I bought one thing off of ebay an dthat was a minolta camera. damn thing didnt work. so i havent ever bought off of ebay again, i prefer to buy direct from a company or go in person and see the thing personally.
