i live in bc, canada
i was wondering how much it would cost to insure a 2k2 royal blue r6 (599cc) for 6 months. for an 18yr old, never insured anything before.
im wondering how much you guys pay down in the states, i can do a money converstion

Im from Alberta, and insurance ranges a lot. I know someone with a 1982 suzuki invader. He's in his 40's and pays around 190 per year. For you with that bike and being young the insurance will prolly run around 700.

well for 6 months it is going to cost me $1808 CDN for r6 insurance.
i was expecting $1000 max, but wtf. $1800!!!! thats a shit load for 6 months

shit i got a online qoute and im 17 and they still said it would be around 70 bucks a month for a 600. i dont know what ur talkin about 1800 in 6 months thats ridicoulous specially for a 600.

yea man i dunno what whoever said it'll be 1800 for 6 months is full of shit, cuz i know a guy woh has a 600 and he pays like 300/year for his insurance, and he is 17. Oh yea that's in Canadian currency.
