this will probably pertain more to Canadians since thats where i live. i want to get a 2001 Honda CBR 600 F4i. i am 25 years old with a now clean driving record (all the tickets are off my record now) and wondered what insurance will be like. do you get multi-vehicle discounts at all. i have my lude, an old ass 4x4 (1979 GMC Jimmy), and now i'm thinking about getting this bike. just wondering what the price of insurance would be like. thanks.

well actually that thread answers nothing really since Gixer gave information based on living in the U.S. things are quite different i find over here and so i was hoping for a Canadian in a similar situation to provide possibly a more accurate answer. if i lived in the states Gixer's answer would suffice but i don't.

i remember someone from canada who told me ins for a bike would be around 700 canadian pesos a year for 25years and over considering you have a secondary car. that's still more expensive than in america,:-? btw, welcome back ludicris. :)

LOL  :D what's up gixer? i was debating on the CBR 600 or a GSXR 750 and decided of the Honda. i guess i can afford whatever the insurance is since i used to pay $520.00 a month on my lude. i'm hoping for a discount though since i would have 3 vehicles insured.
ur ins will definitely be lower, being that you're over 25 and you have 2 cars, if my calculation is correct, you should be paying $150 for 6 mos.
