I have a real nice kenwood deck, it's got the motorized face, 4v preouts..., and when i turn the deck on, it ask's for a password. i don't know the password, im pretty sure the deck was stolen because the wiring harness's were cut, and i wasn't told it needed a password, anyways, do you guys know how i could find out this password? would a technician be able to figure this out, or is there a way i can figure it out myself?

My Kenwood excelon was stolen, and I had a password, Your not going to be able to use it at all. Where I bought it from (Tweeter) told me that if I even forget my password I have to go into the store with my receipt, then they call Kenwood with this number that is on a warranty card on a little sticker when you buy the unit, they give them the # or you do, and they give you the disable code for your unit. :roll_eye:
